Quick Poll: Child with an IEP Sent Home From School

We are conducting a quick poll regarding children with IEPs being sent home from school without any form of documentation and without being formally suspended. This would include times when a parent or guardian is told to pick up the child early because of a behavioral or non-compliance issue that do not result in a "formal" or "documented" suspension.
