Welcome to the Michigan Family-to-Family Health Information & Education Center (F2FHIEC) Website

Our goal is to improve access to quality care and supports for children with special needs in their communities by empowering families. Together with other family, community, and state-wide partners, we will seek to enhance our resources and expand outreach to families across Michigan through information, education and parent-to-parent support. The F2FHIEC website is designed as a virtual center you can visit for information, education and/or parent-to-parent support. The site’s Information & Resources offers information related to: Health Care Coverage and Insurance, Delivering Care in a Medical Home, Health/Disability Specific Organizations, Prescription Assistance, Programs that provide health-related services, Other Health-Related Info and Resources, and much more. Partner updates are found at Newsletters and Bulletins and Listservs allow you to join topic-specific groups. Parent and Professional Training opportunities lists on-site and on-line training opportunities offered by F2FHIEC and other organizations and Parent Support/Leadership links to Parent Leadership Programs, Institutes, Support Groups and Directories. Agency Contacts provide local and state contact information. You can now Register Online for our trainings.
