On June 28, 2004, eSight Careers Network launched a new service, the eSight Disability Employment Web, which offers disability organizations high-quality free syndicated content that can be added to their web sites.

eSight Disability Employment Web provides access to quality content about breaking disability employment barriers - vital information individuals who are blind, visually impaired or otherwise physically disabled need for managing their careers in today's mainstream job market.

"By adding a link to their web sites, organizations will have access to a rotation of extensively researched articles, comprehensive career guides, disability-friendly company profiles and forums about managing a career with a disability -- one new resource each day seven days a week," says Nancy O'Connell, The Associated Blind's executive director.

More information about how the eSight Disability Employment Web can help both job seekers with disabilities and employers interested in including people with disabilities in the workplace is available at http://www.esight.org/dew.html.

You can also contact Nancy O'Connell at 212-683-4950 (telephone) or at noconnell@tabinc.org (e-mail) with questions about becoming a member of eSight Disability Employment Web.

eSight Careers Network is a service of The Associated Blind, Inc., (TAB) a privately funded, 501 (c)(3) non-profit agency. TAB was founded in 1938 by a group of blind men and women as an organization to promote autonomy and self-determination. The organization's eSight Careers Network, www.esight.org, has become a premier provider of career management resources for individual job seekers, career counselors and job developers.
